The Yankees announcers are some of the worst in the history of baseball. I am a life long Yankees fan but I am the first to admit these guys (and woman) are awful. Waldman makes you carsick. Great line :) You should listen to the Oriole's announcer on the radio. I forget his name, but he is one of the most jealous and bitter announcers I have ever heard. He makes sarcastic comments about the Yankees all game and then at the end even did his Sterling impersonation "Thaaaaaaaaa Yankeeeees LOOOSE". Classy. He is not only talented with words leading into one another but his descriptive flow can not be challenged. Michael Kay also digs into players and ex-players heads to let the listener experience of actually being there. He asks the questions that we the fan want to ask and keeps things very exciting. Only a native New Yorker can do that. As for Susan Waldman - the reason she sucks and is boring is because she is from Boston where they are boring people. Stephanie who wrote 'You Stink' above should watch games without her pocket rocket on full blast so she can actually hear what they are saying. Boo Hoo another boston fan crying again- what's wrong the pub close too early? I've got one word for you 'AA' "They cal it the World Series, but it's usually played in THE BRONX BITCH!"
